Our Management Team

Mr. O’kere is the founder and owner of Watchman Protective Services, Inc. He has over 21 years of Security experience, 12 years of overseas Immigration Service cordinating Border protection, Executive and Dignitary protection.

Mr. O’kere is a Biblical Entrepreneur with unique Charismatic spirit. He has successfully demonstrated his dinstictive leadership quality in developing and tailoring Watchman Protective Services into a global security management corporation that has a reputation for providing highly trained male and female security and protection agents who have unwaivering commitment to excellence while maintaining the strictest of confidentiality and professionalism.

Mr. Cliff Okere
VP of Operations

Cliff O’kere earned his Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of District of Columbia in 1989, and earned his Masters degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1996.

Cliff was the Director of Education and Certification Information Systems Audit and Control Association, Atlanta Chapter, and a member of the Board of Directors. He also served in the Financial Management and Planning Board at the AARP National Headquarters in Washington D.C. and the southeast region in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a financial consultant with a major financial services company and has also worked at Health South, Fanie Mae, and Cingular Wireless in similar positions.

Mr. Albert “EQ” Esquilin
Director of Training and Technical Development

As the founder of EXCELSIOR Security Training Academy, Mr. Esquilin brings over fifteen (15) years private sector Physical Security experience to each class he instructs. Running the gamut from serving as a Field Project Manager on numerous federal government General Services Administration (GSA) contracts from Director of Housing Security to large and small Section 8 Housing projects, Mr. Esquilin has experienced every aspect of the physical security arena. He is a state certified armed/unarmed security officer training instructor in Maryland, District of Columbia, New York, Delaware, Virginia; as well as being certified to train the various GSA Contract Guard/Physical Security Officer courses.

As an Instructor in a number of subject areas including firearms, CPR/First Aid/AED, Expandable Baton, Mr. Esquilin, and his staff, impart a clear sense of the manner in which Physical Security Officers should carry out their assigned duties thus reflecting the highest levels of Courtesy – Professionalism – and Responsibility. To that end, Mr. Esquilin, and the staff of EXCELSIOR Security Training Academy, believe that their most important function as Physical Security Officer instructors is “Arming Students With Knowledge."

Mrs. Helen C. O’kere
Exec. VP of Finance

Ms. O’kere has more than 15 years of experience in accounting management with many successful private and public accounting firms worldwide. Helen is responsible for managing expense tracking, financial planning and other sensitive areas relating to the company’s accounts, payroll and tax matters. Ms. O’kere holds a bachelor of science in business and finance from TVU in London, England.
