Ms. O’kere has more than 15 years of experience in accounting management with many successful private and public accounting firms worldwide. Helen is responsible for managing expense tracking, financial planning and other sensitive areas relating to the company’s accounts, payroll and tax matters. Ms. O’kere holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from TVU in London, England.

Mr. Okere is the senior founding partner of Watchman Protective Services, Inc.

He has successfully demonstrated his distinctive leadership qualities in developing and tailoring Watchman Protective Services, Inc into a global private security corporation that has a reputation for providing expert security staffing and training solution to government and commercial clients.

Mr. Sylvester Okere has twelve five years of security experience combined with twelve years overseas Immigration service. Mr. Okere’s international experience expands, having positions with the Border Patrol divisions, Deportation division, Executive, Dignitary, and Diplomatic protection divisions. Amongst his accomplishments include a noted citation from the Governor of Maryland on the office of minority business affairs, and the top 500 Diversity Emerging business of 2010 / 2011award. Recipient of National Award from Nigerian Government (Nigerian in Diaspora, USA).
